A. For best adhesion, clean the area with a mild soap and water. Apply the GIA Universal Guard to a dry, flat surface.
Q. Can I move my GIA Universal Guard from one appliance to another?
A. We do NOT recommend moving a Universal Guard from one appliance to another. Once a Universal Guard is applied to a device, the adhesive is strong, and thus should stay on that appliance. Once peeled off and reapplied, we can not guarantee that the Guard will adhere properly

A. NO! The GIA Universal Guard will NOT interfere or impede the efficacy of your electronic device.

While both devices contain the same patented polymer material, there are 3 key differences between the GIA Universal Guard and the GIA Cell Guard: The size of the guard, their shapes, and their packaging. The Cell Guard is packaged individually and in a 4 pack, while the Universal Guards come in packs of 2, 6 and 12.

Q. How long is the MRET polymer effective?
A. The MRET Polymer in the Cell Guards and Universal Guards has a minimum 3 year (36 month) life from the time it is applied to the Cell Phone, Computer, Microwave, etc. Please be aware that the Cell Guards and Universal Guards may need to be replaced after having been applied to these devices for a period of 36 months.
